- 1 handful kale (roughly chopped, or spinach, collards greens or a mixture)
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- half of cup ice cubes
- 1 cup (250ml) almond milk
- Poppy seeds (non-compulsory)
- Add kale to the blender first, then banana and peanut butter, end with with the remaining elements.
- Mix till easy, garnish with poppy seeds and luxuriate in!
