Amazing chicken salad recipe loaded with avocado, eggs and bacon

  • 2 (10 ounceseach) canned hen breast cans, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • half small purple onion, sliced
  • 1 small avocado, cubed
  • half celery stick, finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 3 boiled eggs, cubed


  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 half Tbsp bitter cream
  • half tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp desk salt
  • 1/8 tsp floor black pepper


  • Mix all the substances for the dressing, combine effectively.
  • Mix hen, tomatoes, purple onion, celery, bacon and eggs. Add 3/Four of the dressing and blend. Add avocado and gently toss. If wanted, add remaining salad dressing. Add extra salt and pepper to style, if desired.
