- 1 small field sugar free Black Cherry Jello
- half cup water
- 10 ouncesplain Greek yogurt
- 2 scoops NOW unflavored whey (or another unflavored protein powder)
- Warmth water till it is heat however not boiling.
- In a mixing bowl, empty sugar-free jello combine and pour the water over it and let it sit when you get the opposite elements organized.
- Now my ordinary refined cooking technique–which is to say, dump every part into that mixing bowl. Mix till clean.
- Pour into 4 ramekins and let it set.
