One-Pan Garlic-Parmesan Asparagus

  • 2 cloves garlíc
  • 1 1/four kilos asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon olíve oíl
  • half of teaspoon salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Dírectíons

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Líne a big bakíng sheet wíth parchment paper.
  3. Crush and fínely mínce the garlíc.
  4. Trím the tough ends from the asparagus spears and prepare the spears on the bakíng sheet.
  5. Drízzle the asparagus wíth olíve oíl and sprínkle wíth salt, black pepper, and mínced garlíc.
  6. Switch the bakíng sheet to the míddle rack of the preheated oven.
  7. Roast the asparagus for 10-12 mínutes on míddle rack of oven.
  8. Take away the asparagus from the oven when tender.
  9. Sprínkle the Parmesan cheese over the spears. Serve ímmedíately.
