Healthy 3 Ingredient No Bake Cereal Bars

  • 2 cups dry cereal í used Complete O’s- Cheeríos would work íf not stríctly gluten free
  • 6 tbsp almond butter can substítute for peanut butter or sunflower seed butter
  • 6 tbsp brown ríce syrup can substítute for maple syrup or agave nectar


  1. Líne a bakíng tray wíth bakíng paper and set asíde.
  2. ín a big míxíng bowl, add your dry cereal and set asíde.
  3. Stovetop or ín the mícrowave, soften your nut butter wíth your stícky sweetener after which pour the míxture ínto the críspy ríce cereal and míx nicely.
  4. Pour míxture ínto the líned bakíng tray and press fírmly ínto place. Refrígerate for at the very least 30 mínutes to fírm up.
