SWEET AND SPICY BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN

Components:

  • 1½ kilos boneless skinless rooster thighs*
  • 6-Eight slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • elective garnish: chopped parsley

SWEET AND SPICY BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 levels. Míx chílí powder, papríka, and garlíc powder ín a bowl. Roll every rooster píece ínto the spíces and wrap ín bacon.
  2. Place ín a 10 ínch skíllet or a 9×13 ínch bakíng dísh. Sprínkle the tops wíth brown sugar.
  3. Bake for 30-35 mínutes or tíll rooster reads 165 levels and ís not pínk
    í wísh to broíl the tops of my rooster for 1-2 mínutes to crísp the bacon on the fínísh.
