Super Power Morning Smoothie #healthy

Components:

  • 1 handful kale (roughly chopped, or spinach, collards greens or a mixture)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • half of cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup (250ml) almond milk
  • Poppy seeds (non-compulsory)

Super Power Morning Smoothie

Instructions:
  1. Add kale to the blender first, then banana and peanut butter, end with with the remaining elements.
  2. Mix till easy, garnish with poppy seeds and luxuriate in!
