Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to style
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoon chopped recent parsley leaves
Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Coat a cooling rack with nonstick spray and place on a baking sheet; put aside.
In a small bowl, mix Parmesan, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper, to style.
Place zucchini onto ready baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan combination. Place into oven and bake till tender, about 15 minutes. Then broil for 2-Three minutes, or till crisp and golden brown.
Serve instantly, garnished with parsley, if desired.
